Hi, I get this error message... "Unfortunately the function MPEG-2 is not available to licensing conditions."
when I try to create a MPG-2 file from HD quality 2
Any help greatly appreciated :-)

Are you currently running the trial version?
The licence must be purchased for the lower versions - IIRC Basic and Plus - only the Premium version includes the licence (I do stand to be corrected on this )

Yes I am using the the trial version, If I buy the full version, I can create MPEG-2 files?

The Premium version comes with the required licences allowing you to create the format you want.
