Anyone know how to resolve this error? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling program, to no avail. Error only started today.

If I select continue program, get message telling me system is unstable and then close's program.

If I select display crash log, nothing happens.

If I select send crash report, get this image:

Hi

From the error message the faulting module nvopencl64.dll would suggest that the issue is with Nvidia GPU drivers - are they up to date?

What is the specification of your computer system including Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Hi

Thanks for the laptop specs, somewhat similar to my Lenovo with respect to having 2 GPUs available.

Check that the drivers are the latest versions:

Do not trust Windows to tell you they are update - if installed use the Intel Graphics Command Centre (IGCC), System, GPUs option.

If IGCC is not installed then use Device Manager, Display adapters and double click each GPU to open its properties dialog, select the Driver tab for the version number.

I would also suggest you use Lenovo Vantage, it should be installed on the laptop, and set the Graphics mode to Hybrid - see image below - this will enable both GPU's to be used.

Hi John, want to say thank you for all your help. Setting the graphic mode to hybrid appears to have solved the issue. I still plan to update the drivers per your suggestion. All the best!
