Movie edit pro 2016 - Screen Capture doesn't seem to be an option as in previous versions

Any ideas how to add screen capture as an option to record from ?

It used to work in my older 2014 version.

My only options in 2016 when clicking the "record" button in 2016 are :

AVCHD

AUDIO

Single Frame

HDV Camera

DV Camera

Analog

This would suggest you have the Basic version of MEP 2016 - screen recording is only available in the Plus and Premium versions of the program.

Hi,

As an alternative, you can download and install Debut from NCHSoftware. They have a free version which is very good, as well as more advanced versions for sale.
