I purchased Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium and received an email with a Coupon Code to download Bonus content from Catooh. The instructions where to push the Catooh button and I would be given instructions on how to redeem the code for Bonus content. When I push the Catooh button I am linked to the Catooh website where there is no information on how to download Bonus content.

Hi

I presume the email contained a 'button' to click to go get the Bonus content and this took you to the Catooh site front page.

If so right click the button in the email and select 'Copy hyperlink' or the equivalent, open a web browser and paste the copied link into the browser address bar.

What sometimes happens in emails - the link gets wrapped over 2 lines (you do not see this) and the end part is 'disconnected' from the rest so you end up with an incorrect web address.

There was no button in the email, this instruction: "To download the free package, please click on the "Catooh" button after installing Movie Edit Pro 2013 and follow the instructions. "

 

When I do that I am taken to the Catooh website where there are no instrructions for downloading the bonus content, the only other thing I have is a code to ulock the said Bonus Content!
