Movie Edit Pro 2013 Crashing during export to video file

Do you have a fix or upgrade for the fact that I can't render a movie I finish editing? I have Movie Edit Pro 2013 and it crashes every time I export the movie to any kind of video media format. It doesn't do it for smaller videos under 1 minute. Mostly over 2 minutes. I have Windows 7 with PC 16g RAM.

Hi cyndigirl

This is a user forum not Magix support.

Check that your MEP is up to date - the version number of your MEP 2013 is under Help, About...

The current version is 12.0.3.4 (UDCn)  where n= a number.

If your version is up to date then try doing the following:

1   Check that if you have either or both of these settings checked

Then do not use this setting in any export dialog where it exists

2   In the program settings, a program reset - under File, Settings, Reset program to defaults - note this will lose any customised folder paths and settings you have changed.

HTH
