Movie Edit Pro 16  has random dots on Preview Monitor.  More appearing with use.   Removed and reloaded  entire program. Still same dots that look like a small bird had hopped all over the screen.  How do I get rid of?  Why didn't reloading program take care of?  Windows  XP SP3

Hi

We need more information - we cannot see what is on your screen:-

Windows version and is it 32 or 64 bit?

Computer specification?

Have you tried resetting the program?  File, Settings, Reset program . . . .

Have you tried resetting the monitor?  Consult the manual for how.

Can you post a screen shot of the 'bird marks'?

Are the 'bird marks' visible when you have no programs open?

. . . . Why didn't reloading program take care of? . . . .

Unless you removed all the remnanants that are left behind after de-installation you gain nothing by reinstalling.
