Movie Edit Pro 14 - Which update required to enable burn?

Which update (driver?) is required to enable MEP14 to locate a DVD drive in the burn phase. I have been unable to identify which one is needed.

Burn gives message that DVD writer cannot be found - a problem other people have experiencd.

This is running on Windows 7.

This problem can be caused by having another program running which uses the burner. You may not think there is another program active, but there is if you have the option of write / re-write on a disc -- using the DVD burner like another hard drive.

This problem was solved by downloading the 2009 version of DVD burner updates - magix_burn_routines_2009_8.1.0.185_uk.exe instead of the 2010 version.

The DVD burner is now recognised on the Pavkard Bll imedia desktop running under Windowws 7

Win7 and Fujitsu Amilo desktop: I had trouble to burn. The burning process started but then the time went on and on and seemed to just stop. I executed the patch : "magix_burn_routines_2010_9.0.0.193_uk.exe" and now it works ok.
