MOVIE EDIT PRO 14 PLUS sound problem in edit

hey, when im trying to edit a video and i press play on the video monitor the sound is all distorted and really messed up plz help

I just talked to someone with about the same problem. Be sure that the sound is not all the way up... Take a look in the sound mixer on the program, and click on 'FX' where the clip is.

EX. a music file is in spot 1, click on the first 'FX' on the sound mixer, besure that the gain is not all the way up.
