Hi

A lot more information is needed see this post.

Also:-

Was this working then crashed ?

   If so:-

What has changed on the computer from when it was working to now crashing?

Have you installed any other software since it was working?

John

- Check the Help and the PDF manual. If the Search facility in those does
not give any relevant hits, try alternative keywords. For example 'join'
doesn't give  a result, but 'group' does. - No relevant assistance found

- Browse previous questions in the appropriate section, as you may find
the answer to your question there. Use the site's Search tool on the right
of the thread list. Often your question has already been asked and
answered at least once! - Saw question about Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus but no adequate solution other than try compatability mode. So tried it set to XP/Vista etc with no success

- Provide as much detail as you can of exactly what you have already done
and what results you got. If your description is not likely to be obvious,
then attach screenshots.- I am trying to run after installing the priduct but it fails at the splash screen

- Say what MAGIX product you are using and its version number. Confirm
that you have downloaded any extra files and plugins. Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus

- Include a summary of your computer specification, as its performance is
sometimes a significant factor.

I am running the following specification: Windows 7 Professional, 16GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Core i7 3930K @ 3.20GHz, Nvidia Geforce GTX580, 119GB M4 SSD, 1TB Secondary Hard Drive. 2 Monitors @ 1920x1080.

There you go

Hi

I found your reply somewhat confusing  because of the inclusion of the text of the post you were referred to - in this case it confuses the issue because you look as though you are initially posting an answer to your own question yourself.

To avoid this if you quote part of a reply use Italics or some other means to indicate you are quoting.

How about answers to the second part of my post ?

Thanks

John

Hi

I dont see any other way of posting reponses on here as it isnt a stright forward thread format.

I posted responses to the post you linked me to in BOLD so you could see my answers and if you note, in response to the second half of your request, this had been answered here:

- Provide as much detail as you can of exactly what you have already done
and what results you got. If your description is not likely to be obvious,
then attach screenshots.- I am trying to run after installing the priduct but it fails at the splash screen

So this is a fresh installation that crashes at the splash screen on trying to launch it.
