Mov video is not posible in magix PRO X version 18.0.1.89 UDP3 i have bougt avcinta from magix and downloaded it, and everything looks god bit when I click on the mov file it does not work.
. . . . Mov video is not posible in magix PRO X version . . . QuickTime is installed . . .
If the video cannot be loaded with QT installed then it must be encoded in a format not supported by the program - . . . .magix PRO X . . . - which I assume you meant to be Video Pro X - Magix is the name of the company not the product.
Download and run a MediaInfo analysis of the source video clip and post the results from the Text view in MediaInfo - you can copy and paste from this view.

I assume these are three separate video clips and that you are using Video Pro X 10, 11 or 12.
I can see no reason why VPX would not accept either of the MOV files they are both AVC 10 bit which has been supported by VPX since version 10 - I do not think the Timecode stream would affect the importing of these clips - I do stand to be corrected on this particular aspect of the video data.
If the version of VPX you are using is 9 or earlier then AVC 10 bit is not supported.
The MP4 file which is HEVC encoded at 8 bit depth, should import with no issues.
I have Video Pro X11 and downloaded avcinta from magix and mov. the file could not be opened. Then I upgraded to Pro x12 but with the same result. but when I download avc intra from Win X HD I can open the mov file in that program. why should I buy avcintra and what should I do. mvh eskil

Just because another program has the AVC Intra codec installed does not mean that you can access that codec in another program like VPX. This is because the program creator needs to pay a license to the codec designer to use it, so it can not be shared.
I do not know why VPX will still not open the AVC Intra file now that you have bought the codec. Are you sure it is properly activated? You may need to contact Magix Sales / Support on this one.
The Magix VPX12 specification page is a little confusing in that it shows a tick beside AVC Intra Import and a cross against AVC Intra Export. There is a footnote that says requires an activation fee. One could think this means VPX can Import and play the file without buying the codec activation from Magix but not export, then after buying the codec VPX would Import and then Export. However I do not think this is the case. I think the fee may only allow the Import and editing of the files but not the export with the same codec.
I have not bought the AVC Intra codec for VPX12 and can not see a picture in the monitor which is black and whilst the file shows up in the timeline the thumbnails are white. My file is an 8bit 4.2.2 from a Panasonic XD cam.
As Ray has mentioned the latest 18.0.1.89 patch appears to have withdrawn support for some .MOV professional formats so this could be causing problems in your case. I have stayed on the previous VPX12 patch because I am uncertain about the effect of these changes in the .89 patch.
