The PhotoStory 7 classic version, which I understand you're using, doesn't come with a dedicated MJPEG export function. This feature can be found in the "Deluxe" version of the product. However, if you find and install a suitable Quicktime or DirectShow compliant Motion JPEG codec, you should be able to create your Motion JPEG videos via the MOV or AVI export function.
