Hello When i click on app to open, it starts but never opens completely, the app only opens when i right click on it, then select close. Also there is no sound coming from app.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there. At the moment we know nothing about your computer, nor even the exact version of MM Premium you are running. Make sure to include details about your soundcard and which audio driver you are attempting to use.
Can you also give us rather more detail about exactly what you mean when you write it starts but never opens completely. What happens, what do you see on your screen, any error messages, etc., etc.
