mmm 16 premium(download v..) keep hanging when i use soundpools?

whenever i am using the soundpool and i click on one of the pitch numbers to change to a different pitch, the program freezes and stops responding. If the loop is playing while i click on the different nos, its okay but when i stop the playback and try to play a no on its own, then the freezup occurs. then i have to run the task manager to end task. i keep loosing unsaved projectsthis way. i have uninstalled and re-installed the software, but no change. I have a windows 7 laptop (aspire 5732Z) and realtek hd audio sound card. If anyone can help, i'll be eternally grateful. thanx

Hi,

Difficult to identify and fix your problem.

Try to delete all the file (*.H0, *.HDP, *.WAV) in the import directory whose name is defined in the program parameters : type short cut "Y", last page "directories", second line : "import directory".

These files are temporary files created the first time you use a loop. They will be recreated auutomaticaly if deleted when needed. Sometimes they create some problems.

Hi I have the same problem, I can't seem to find those files. Can you exactly the folder location?

Hi,

I use the French version. I don't know the exact translation in the English version. The directory could be defined by the user, but there is a default name defined in the program.

Follow the instructions and read the name in the second line.
Use the Windows explorer to find the directory and delete the files.
