@Peter-Wilkinson

The single biggest change between MM2020 and MM2021 is that the new version is 64 bit.

However this pinned list of bugs in the new version may well make you decide to wait before updating!

As for the Unlimited Loops, I suspect your existing subscription will continue without problem.

I'd give it a while. The bugs will hopefully have been sorted out. However you can just download the free version and add in all the features, instruments and soundpools you already have and keep the existing version. I've done this and the only thing I've added is the VST Bridge and luckily I had a store voucher which covered that. It's a good way to test things out.

The upgrade price is not worth it. It won't be that long before the program is often available at a similar price and the upgrade price will be even cheaper.

Hi over a week ago I posted about issues regarding not being able to download and install my content and packages with the premium 2021 version I can't find the thread of this when you replied not to delete anything. Sure enough I did must have spent 8 hours trying to install the content successfully. I looked at my anti virus from Bitdefender and I found some critical errors allowed or not to make changes , I fixed that problem all my content installed and downloaded . The only problem is trying to get my other VSTs and the program crashes maybe a question of teaking the ASIO driver but for now one thing at a time . All is ok. cheers

Hi

Do you mean this topic?

It is good to hear you are now sorted.

Do you mean BitDefender was causing the issue - was this a protected folders feature blocking Music Maker?
