I would be grateful if anyone can help.
In MM17, the Vertical Scroll line in Arranger tracks doesn't move on playback. Also the time counter has stopped working. I tried setting Autoscroll to Slow and Fast in Preferences -- no luck! I even tried re-installing the Programme as well.

When you say the vertical scroll line does not move on playback do you mean the red playback marker does not move when you press play? If so, does the song actually play? Also in "settings" have you tried clicking on "Reset Program Setting to Default"?
By re-install do you mean that you first uninstalled the product using the windwows control panel or some other uninstall program like Revo Uninstaller? Or did you try to reinstall the product over top of the existing installation?
I am also assuming that at some point in time the product worked as expected, is that correct? If so has anything changed with your system from when it worked and when it stopped working? Did you upgrade your OS, did you add RAM, did you switch to a new computer?

Just for your interest, I re-installed (Repair installation from that Menu) from Prog Disk. which reset all to defaults and that didn't work.
I wanted to shutdown tthe PC ( for a hard re-boot) and it appears Windows 7 wanted to update the system, so left it chugging away. When fully booted, Happily, the autoscroll cursor is now working s it should. This, possibly was the problem, so I hope it helps someone else.
