@FloopDoopZoop

Hi,

Click on the Downloads button - top menu button - cloud with downwards arrow. There should be stuff there to download and install.

Anything?

Everytime I clicked the download button the 'features' it would not appear in that area. I noticed that these built-in feature items get installed when you initially sign into the store/app/account (whatever) and the little rectangular window comes up for a bit where it adds features like corefx, wizardfx, etc. Then it does the VST plugin scan before if finally settles down.

Through it all I still had issues, so I shut the laptop down and took a nap. When I awoke, I got the alert that this post had a comment. When I went to check MM, I found the following:

Somehow, it just works. When I launched MM, it did the usual VST Scan, found nothing new, and brought me to the program's welcome screen.

In the end, 5+ hours of uninstalling, reinstalling, and doing everything I could with downloads, temp folders, etc. This thing just decided to work. Go figure.

For anyone else that has this problem, sorry, I don't have the answer of how/why it works now.

EDIT: Never mind. This was user error. Beatbox Pro 2 was installed automatically but I didn't recognize it, for two reasons. First it only displays 16 beats at a time, not all 32 beats as I expected. Second, the in the default window layout the mute and solo buttons are so small you don't notice them until you expand that window pane.

I'm having the same problem. As shown in in FloopDoopZoop's second screen shot, Beatbox Pro 2 appears in the Store tab under Features. It's labelled "purchased" but with no option to download and install it. And, no, it's not listed in the Downloads tab.

As far as I can tell, everything else that's supposed to be in MM 2023 Premium Edition is present and accounted for.

Hi

There is some confusion here.

If Beatbox Pro 2 is already installed as stated in your first paragraph above, then it will not be available to download in the Store.

Correct. My second paragraph was written when I thought I was still looking at Version 1.
