MM 2020 PREMIUM ADVERTISED W/ FREE SOUNDFORGE 12.6, IZOTOPE OZONE 8...

CHARLES-CHEZAYAH wrote on 8/14/2019, 12:58 PM

Today, 08/14/2019, i purchased mm2020 premium. I did receive the email with the serial numbers for the free soundforge and izotope ozone elements--- but how do you get them?

Also, the ad says it comes with two core fx bundles, my choice of 3 soundpools. It stated "you can choose 3 magix instruments and 1 tiny instrument for music maker plus edition or 6 magix instruments and 2 tiny instruments for music maker premium edition." are they embedded in the program somewhere? Or on my computer in another location?

I tried tech support, but it is set up with preset questions that do not address this. I am currently waiting on a reply about the freebies I sent via email.

Hope somebody can help me with this.

Make sure that you are logged in to the Store. Click on the Download button and download and install everything. Sound Forge Audio Studio is there.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Please do not type in capitals it considered as shouting and is poor forum etiquette - I have also reformatted your post for clarity.

Thanks. I didn't think of that. I will use lower case from now on. No offense meant.

I thought it would have been bundled with the download. I will try to download from the store. Thanks.

Thanks. I thought it would have been included in the software bundle. I will try it that way. Hopefully I just enter the registration and it will work. Do you think the other addons are the same?

Still having trouble connecting my Sony turntable to my PC & using my Sound Forge 13 to record to a CD.

I have been trying for over a month now everything I can think of to troubleshoot. It keeps saying (in SF) that either a "device is not available" or "one or more playback devices do not support the current sample rate and/or bit depth. The only thing I don't have connected is an analog to digital convertor. I even bought a bluetooth adapter, thinking that was it. Can someone please help. I spent $60 on the SF software!!!
