MM 2020 Premier Edition Reinstalled and not recognising serial num

Hi, I have had to reinstall MusicMaker 2020 Premium edition, and it is not taking my P3 serial number? It has all my saved work and purchased soundpools and instruments, but I am limited to eight tracks and requests I sign in, but I am already signed in? Any ideas on how I can get back to all the features of Premium 2020, please?

@Michael-Griffiths You need to check if you downloaded the "More Tracks and Formats"-add-on from the store. Does this help?

It's there but is requiring I purchase it, when I should already have it as part of my permium edition?
