Missing Soundpool message when opening a file

I'm getting a message on MM Premium 2019
The File: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Basic_24\Rock - Pop No Time\Drums\Detroit Drums C.ogg"
that belongs to the project can not be found.

When I look in the ... MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Basic_24 folder mentioned there is no "Rock - Pop No Time" soundpool
The only soundpools in that folder are Deep House - Touchdown Miami" and "HipHop - I'm on a Hustle"
When I look in the store tab of MM it acts like I don't own The "No Time" Soundpool, I'm sure I do own it. What do I do?
Also I'm missing an Instrument "Cinematic Soundscapes" and the Stor acts as if I need to purchase it. Most things are working otherwise.

Have you had earlier versions of Music Maker?

If so have you activated the older version(s) in MMM 2019 under Help, Activate Edition entering the old serial number(s) in the lower box of the dialog.

Then go to the Store you should now find the Rock-Pop No Time unlocked, as will be other Soundpools and Instruments from the previous version(s) that are currently not available, available for download and installation.
