Hi,

Which version of Music Maker did you install - 2022 (30.x.x.x)?

Did you log in (and wait for a minute)?

Did you download and install everything that is under Downloads?

Do you know where the Soundpools were on your old computer?

Do you know where the Soundpools are supposed to go on your new computer? You have control over this during installation and/or from the Program Settings, Folders.

Hello, Welcome

Did you try looking here, C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools\Shop

Also try go to.... "File" > "Settings" > "Program Settings" > "General". Under "Mediapool", select both "Clean up Store..." and "Rescan Soundpools..."
