Missing license for product.

I recently bought Vegas Pro 18. And with it came a download to install iZotope RX 7 Audio Editor v7. However, in my order email, Magix didn't include a license for that product. And since Magix has no email support, I came here to ask for a representative to please contact me directly to help me get the license I bought as part of the package of software that was in the download. I can provide an order number to confirm the purchase.

No, I didn't see that and Magix doesn't have a support email. So how else am I suppose to get help with this issue?
