I purchased online from US-Shop@Magix.net PC Check and Tuning 2022 on Dec. 21, 1921 and have never received an email containing the link to download the software nor an activation serial number for it. I have checked my spam folder and written emails to Magix explaining this and asking them to send me said email along with a copy of the invoice. So far, none of their responses have been helpful. All they sent me was an email with a ticket number. How can I get the download link and serial number that I paid for?
