Missing Effects Rack

I'm not sure anyone can help, but I'll ask anyway...

I have MM-15 Premium.  It has a few flaws, but most of the time it works well.  On my latest project, I had applied FX to individual tracks using the Audio FX racks in the mixer.  No problem.

Then today, I went back in to do a little tweaking.  When I tried to access the Audio FX rack on track three, only the Sound Warper appeared.  The rest of the rack would not show.  Unfortunately, the FX I used was the reverb, so it is now inaccessible.  It seems the reverb is still on, but I can't access it.

I tried rebooting MMM and then rebooting my computer with no improvement.  Has anyone experienced something like this and know how to correct it?

If not, my only other option is to move all of the other objects on that track (and below) down a track.  Not a big problem, but a bit of a pain.

I have not experienced this before. Do you usually use the effects from the mixer or do you ever use it from the object itself?

Oh, yes...I use the 'object' Audio FX Racks all the time.  In this instance, I had multiple objects on the same track (to be panned to the same side, the same amount) that I wanted to add the same type and amount of reverb to simultaneously.

It shouldn't have been a problem....right?  The problem is, once MMM develops these "glitches", they just don't go away. I have a 'Power Chords' Combi Chorus that doesn't work anymore either.  Once there are too many of these glitches, I'll be forced to reinstall the program and HOPE I will be able to open all of my old arrangements.
