I am using Samplitude Pro X4 Suite, latest update, and when I record MIDI tracks, I am having trouble from unwanted All Note Off controller data appearing in the recording. This is causing sustained notes to be cut off prematurely. I am able to remove them by manually deleting them from the Event List, but this wastes alot of time.
I did a test recording in Cakewalk, and the All Note Off data did not appear. I then did another test in Sekaiju (a spartan raw MIDI recorder), and the All Note Off data did appear. This leads me to believe the unwanted data is originating from the controller, but Cakewalk is filtering it out. The controller is an old Roland RD-300s, so I wouldn't be surprised if it were responsible.
Now my question is, can I set Samplitude to also automatically filter out the unwanted data in the recording in a way similar to how Cakewalk does?
