I bought a midi controller and connected it with my laptop. Not functioning even the settings were adjusted as shown in the image. What settings should I use, please advise, thanks.

We need more information:
Program full name, variant - Free, Plus or Premium.
Initially try changing the Audio Midi, Audio playback to Magix Low Latency ASIO driver and set the MIDI output to Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth.
Assuming the Sembrant soundbar/speakers are plugged into the Audio out of your computer. check the Advanced setting shown below arrowed in blue is set to the correct Audio output for you computer audio card.
