I have a Casio keyboard and just bought a MIDI cord to plug it in to my PC so I can record the piano on this software . I have everything hooked up correctly, my computer recognizes that the keyboard is plugged in, but for some reason it will not record. I have adjusted the program settings to match what I thought was correct for using this device. Yet, it won't record. Also, I have a microphone that works fine when plugged in, but this keyboard will not. Side note, I know that it is possible to access the plug in synths and then just use the MIDI plug in (rather than the on screen keys) but that won't work either. What do I need to do to fix these problems? CHange settings?
