Hi, welcome to the Magix forums.

The mic you have connects via USB; as such, it cannot/does not use the ASIO audio driver, which is the default for MM. And, being a condensor mic, it also needs to draw power from the USB socket to which you plug it.

So, go first to File>Settings>Program Settings>Audio/MIDI tab and check which audio driver is selected. You will need to use either Wave Driver or Direct Sound, whichever works on your set up.

Then go to File>Settings>Audio recording. If MM can now see and use your mic you should be able to select it on the "Audio line-in" tab and be able to record its input.

One other thing to check and consider: all "lower-cost" USB mics have a fixed sample rate, usually 44.1kHz. I think you will need to check that MM is recording at the same sample rate. Using an ASIO driver, this setting is on the Advanced button of the Audio/MIDI tab; hopefully, it is the same for a non-ASIO driver.
