Set up the metronome? First, click on F1, select the Search tab, type in the word metronome, and look at the topics.

In the boxes beside the record button, set the BPM, Time signature, turn on the metronome. When you start to record, you will hear the metronome, same when you play it back. For playback, turn off the metronome.

Here is what the manual says:

Metronome: In order to play back the proper tempo, you can activate the MIDI metronome to provide the beats. This is only for orientation while you play and is not recorded.
