Messages When Using

Sometimes but not all times I am unable to load an MP3 file into my Cleaning Lab in order to deal with it.I receive a message stating I will need to install the Quick Time Extension. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

The message you are getting is because the audio is actually an Apple m4a format.

Installing QuickTime Essentials should fix this, however do note that Apple have not supported Quicktime for Windows since 2016, so the version you install is old.
