MEP17+HD objects jumping around

Using a new, updated version of MEP17+HD (v.10.0.12.2(UC1)), I'm seeing some strange behaviour today. When I first started using the program, I did not have this problem. The program has been running without errors all day today. After a couple hours, though it has started to do something very irritating.

When I click on a video object, to select it, it will jump down one track. My workaround thus far has been to click AND HOLD, so that when it jumps down, I can drag it right back up. The problem though is that I might lose some accurate positioning when I do this.

Also this behaviour has led to some sound tracks being pushed "out of whack," see my other question on this list.

Has anyone seen this behaviour and what can I do to fix it.

I have seen this once, and I have heard about it once. I just forget if the problem went away or not. I suggest if you have not saved, to do so, Then... reboot your system. It could just be a memory issue... I have to find my MEP 17 disc to see if I cannot reinstall it again. I only have MX and the 2013 installed at this point.

I can say, I haven't seen this issue before. I just cannot remember if this was just a simple reboot fix or if it was something else.

after shutting down MEP and restarting it, the problem has gone away. Thanks for the tips.
