MEP Pro MS Plus suddenly will not export to AVI

Was working fine before but now I try to export and the dialogue comes up but when I click to save it nothing happens, the dialogue disappears. May try to reinstall or something but I hate doing that. Well that fixed it, I suspect the issue was from installing a trial of the new 2013 version and when that was uninstalled it removed some components that were needed.

Also anyone see any real advantage to upgrade from this (MX Pro 18)?

Have you tried Reset program to default ? (File >> Settings )

No I didn't try that but as I stated I got it to reinstall OK. Apparently installing/uninstalling a trial of the 2013 version removed some things that were needed for my current version to work. In fact the Install/Repair would not work without reinserting the disc, components were removed. OK now though.
