MEP PRO 16 UNABLE TO CONVERT VIDEO

I have MEP 16 and just got new pc. installed program on new pc with no problems. Tried to convert video file and I am told to register program for activation code. I already registered program a year ago with old pc... that I no longer have, so when I log in it shows that I have registered product already. Dose not produce activation code. Any suggestions?

Contact MAGIX support by email, explain your situation and ask them to reset your registration data so that you can acquire the needed activation code.

Hi,

Jeff makes a really good point, no one here actually works for Magix so we can't actually do anything to help you.  Contact Magix support as suggested, tell them your situation and they should help you out.  If not contact Magix sales, but do it on the telephone, not via email.
