All the extras downloaded and installed.  Red Giant activated but doesn't appear in the menus.  NewBlueFX and proDAD Vitascene won't activate without a serial number.  The MEP MX Premium sn doesn't work and no product specific sn was forwarded when the extras downloaded and installed.

Any idea where to find the Red Giant effects and how to activate New Blue & proDAD?
