MEP 2018 Magix Image Stabilization

clement5 wrote on 2/20/2018, 10:10 AM

Under MEP+ 2018 the "Magix image stabilization" does not work properly. It is impossible to select the stabilization area. Under MEP 15 it worked just fine.

Not only was this broken, but it does not detect the correct display option. Form my processor I have to select display compatibility mode to get rid of the text black background, and to have chroma key work.

I have an AMD Athlon II X2 215 processor with Win 10 pro. Hey, its old, but it still works, and I am cheap. I only upgraded MEP when I was getting too many MEP crashes in a moderately large SD project.

Hi,

Confirmed. It's not something one would normally notice because I expect that very few people use this feature. Most use Mercalli v2 or v4, which is much, much better. Still the feature should work and it doesn't. Looks like a bug to me.

Hi

Also confirmed here, I too prefer Mercalli for stabilisation.
