Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus, Version 15.0.0.73.

Computer: Dell Opitplex 9010 tower, Win 7 Pro 64-bit, i7-3770 @3.4Ghz, 8GB RAM, Nvidia Gefore GTX 750i 4GB video card, 1 TB Crucial M550 SSD as C: drive.

In the media panel, when I select and play a 240 fps iPhone clip, the monitor viewer stutters and does not play back smoothly.  Plays fine in Windows Media Player.

With task manager up, I noticed all 8 cpu threads jumps to the 93%-98% range.  Would this indicate that it is strictly a CPU limitation?  Are there any program settings that will help to the playback is smooth?
