after installing music maker premium 2022 and starting the application, i'm getting the below error msg :
A request for memory has been turned down. It is possible that there is no more free memory or an internal error has occurred.
Note: my current memory consumption is 14G from 64G and SSD IO is 0% and CPU 10~11%
any idea how to solve this problem as i'm not able to use the app since day one.
A request for memory relates to RAM, not SDD storage.
How much RAM do you have?
I think you'll need to post the specs of your PC and double-check it meets the minimum requirements?

i just upgrade the app from 30.0.2.30 to 30.0.5.47 but the issue is the same and I'm not able to use the application at all.

My mistake, when I saw 64Gb and then your SSD info directly afterwards my brain saw that as a 64Gb SSD.

Thank you, I Updated my Signature with full information i hope that i didn't miss any.
if i remove MM 2022 and install MM 2021 or MM 2020 then 2020&2021 will work fine.
i have this issue since day one i purchased MM 2022 and install it.
@AMAz Does it work if you remove RAM from your computer? If yes, then your RAM could be faulty it there is a bug in the Music Maker 2022 which appears if your computer has lots of RAM. My computer has 32 GB RAM and it runs fine.
Also try to run the program as administrator by right clicking on the program icon.
Ram is not faulty because in normal operation with Adobe Creative Apps and Streaming with recording i can reach easily to 50GB Ram consumption without any issue or windows blue screen or even no error msg anywhere.
plus if i removed MM 2022 and install MM 2021 then the last will work perfectly.

Given the large amount of RAM, have you 'turned off' Windows page filing to run everything in RAM?

i set the system to no paging file and it's not solving the problem.
there is anyway to enable debug mode and get the log to know which service or part of the application not compatible with my system ?!!
again i don't have any issue with MM 2020 & MM 2021.
there is no hardware issue since the rest of application work fine and the older MM 20xx working fine also.
how i can contact the technical support?!!
