I tried to use the Melodyne plugin by clicking the fx button on a track. When melodyne opens up, it says its not activated and sends me to a webpage. I put in the serial number of the acid pro next 365 and it doesnt work.
what do i need to do? I have acid pro next 365 subscription, not acid pro 365 sub.. so i should have melodyne by default.
can anyone help? it was advertised that next 365 comes with it, yet, here it isnt.
Have you checked your Magix account on line to see if there is anything like an activation code for Melodyne listed there?
From personal experience I know that Melodyne absolutely requires its own, "personalised" installation codes, not a generic one that you received with your Acid Pro subscription. Have you checked any emails received from Magix to see if your Melodyne code was listed there?
(Just to explain a little about my comment on "personalised" codes for Melodyne: I actually have the full Melodyne Studio installed and, for any installation or updates, Celemony supplies an installer which includes my personal licence number embedded in it.)

I have Acid Pro Next, the Malodyne Serial Number was emailed to me when I purchased Acid. Maybe check your mailbox?
