If you are referring to the location of all your project files when you click the link shown below

 

and the other folders MEP uses by default you can change these in the programs settings as shown below.

 

As you can see mine are set to a different hard drive and folders - I also use a different program for editting still images as can be see in the image above.

What you cannot move is all the effects, templates etc without re-installing the program to the second hard drive.

Where some of the extras for MEP are stored in the Users profiles -  you should not attempt to move the Users profiles wholesale on the computer to another drive.  This will break Windows and prevent updates etc being installed.

See this article for more information - it also tells you how to move some folders in the Users profiles to another drive - the information applies to Windows 7, 8 and 10.
