I am using Music Maker 2020 Premium. The master volume on the mixer is not active. Raising or lowering the master level does not change the vu meter/sound level. Although the master pot can be adjusted there is no change in the overall sound of the project. All the sub mixer pots work correctly.

I tried doing a "save as" project to see if a new version of the same project would fix the problem but the outcome was the same....no handles on the master level. The master level works on all other unrelated projects.

If anyone has any idea what it might be that would be very helpful.
