Hello, I’ve ran into this issue for the first time with my master volume. Out of no where the volume is extremely loud and when I turn down the master to 0 it still is blasting out at a ridiculous volume. Is there any settings that could have been triggered? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the information listed there. It is something of a hassle (you could add it to your signature and then it would be shown every time you post) but we fellow-users do need this level of detail from you.
Once we have this additional information it may be possible to suggest possible reasons for your problem, e.g. the audio driver type you are using, or the Windows Sound Mixer, but these would be pure guesswork at the moment.
