I don't have the "button" available for opening the mastering suite, I have the premium version of the Music Maker 2020 program. Can someone please assist? Thanks in advanced

When you installed the software, did you download and install all the available additional content? (Check the Downloads tab on the workscreen.)

The mastering suite is just a group of effects in the program. It is not a specific thing. https://www.magix.info/us/forum/mastering-suite--1243315/
I'm also not able to find mastering suite from mix rack & also from the Effects tab. Please help me.
As @Graham-Hawker indicated in the linked thread, it is available by clicking on Effects>Audio>Mastering suite.
If you do not have that option available you need to tell us exactly which variant of MM you have, Free, Plus or Premium. Your screenshot suggests it might be the Free version, which does NOT include the Mastering suite. See the attached screenshot, from my system, running the Premium version. Notice the highlighted button:
