Markers and regions made in older version are invisible in new version

I've upgraded from Sound Forge 12 to 14. When I open wav files made in v. 12 and divided by regions, I do not see these regions in the v.14. How to make them visible?

Go to "View> Metadata> Region list". Are the regions' time details listed?

If not, are you sure the metadata was saved with the file. there is a 'Save metadata with file' option in the 'Save' window that can be overlooked, An alert option as well in the preferences menu. if it is off and metadata exists.
