I have the latest arturia V collection of standalone and VST synths and am using latest version of Acid Pro 11. I'm using an arturia keylad61 as a controller which allows for mapping of the control knobs and switches.

When insert a VST of one of the synths, say the arturia minimoog V, I can go into the vst and tell it to learn midi and assign a knob from the controller. (this also works with the stand alone version fo the synth). However when i then try to use that knob while the synth or patch is loaded in acid it doesn't work, it's as though it was never assigned.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something but this seems like it should be super intuite as recording midi tweaks in a DAW is a common thing to do. I'm not sure if the issue lays with the arturia software or Acid .

Does anyone else use V collection with Acid pro and are you able to assign elements of your vst to a controller while it's loaded in acid?
