Major Program Update that removes Music Maker!

Just opened Music Maker 2019 Premium and got a message saying that there was 'A major Program Update and did I want to download and install it' I clicked on the "Download" button and the 'Update' proceeded to totally remove Music Maker! It did NOT perform an update, just an uninstall. Had to do a complete re-installation of the program! Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Derek,

It's not a problem. The update replaces 2019 with 2020. Then you update 2020. Then you make sure that you're logged in and things should start downloading and installing in the background - you can see this happening. When done, click on the download button if it appears at the top right, and download and install everything as some things may need to be reinstalled or updated.

When the process was running, after 2019 was uninstalled, did you stop it? Or let it run and follow the instructions?
