magix won't detect my dvd burner..... Help!

hello, I was having trouble burning dvd with "mda" error. So I serched the error on the Magix site, and was told to intall Burn_Routines as a resolution. Now Magix dosent detect my dvd burner.

We need a lot more information - what is your computer spec, Windows version and whether 32 or 64 bit.

Also can yu play CD/DVDs using the DVD drive?
