If not contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net and inform them of the issue.

Yes came back up yesterday. I reported to Magix who have today replied issue resolved - presumably by Horde. I assume it was a problem to others? In the interim I included Magix mail account in my BT account using required settings and it gave me access to my emails. When there are generic current issues with Magix mail or other products, it would be really useful if they posted updates on this forum?
