Windows Defender is always running, even if you have a third-party AV and Firewall installed. It is a required part of Win 10! Without it, services like Windows Update will not run properly. (Clearly, I'm assuming you are running Win 10.)
Have you checked that the directory access is not being blocked by your installed AV and firewall? I doubt that Malwarebytes would cause the problem but it would be worth checking whether, if it is disabled, the directory can be accessed by MM.
Hi Jeff, thank You for your response...but first, it so easy to turn off win.defender...look at this picture. I have it turned off in all my PC's... and yes, this PC is running under WIN 10.
It is in Czech lang., but you can trust me, it is off.
I have uninstall all Magix products, clean all with CCleaner, and ATF-Cleaner... and install it again... it was third instalation, but first with cleaning of registry etc. And now it's work.
Thank You for your help...
Maybe this procedure will help someone, as it helped me ...
