magix Video saver freezes up when the analog input screen pops up.

When attempting to transfer an analog tape to digital format on my PC the input screen in Video Saver freezes, requiring a force close to exit the screen. The transfer process has been working well before running out of space on oneDrive. I have since stop sinking with oneDrive. I have tried reinstalling Video Saver but the problem continues.

@Gerald-Wise Have you tried to change the directory where all your recorded videos are going to be stored?

Yes, I moved my video folders from the Users/oneDrive/Documents folder to my Users/Documents folder. I also used the Video Saver app to free up file space.

Depending on how you stopped the syncing with OneDrive, this may not be a permanent fix, especially if you are logging in to your computer using a Microsoft account.

Do you need OneDrive, and are you logging in with a Microsoft account or Local Account?

I have stopped sinking oneDrive and I do logon with the Microsoft account. However, the Video Saver import screen that allows converting analog to digital still freezes, requiring a force close to exit the screen.
