I have begin this year buy this edition but it never have works.
I have few times mailing MAGIX but they not wanted to help.
They have now blocked the regristation code and say that they pay me back...
But i never get me money back?
It's been more than 7 months ago and i have nothing back?
Who have the same problems?
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff so no-one who posts here is likely to be able to help you, sorry.
However, can we clarify one or two things?
First, where exactly did you buy Video de Luxe (aka Movie Edit Pro)? Was it direct from Magix or from another seller? If it was bought from Magix, do you still have the email from them that confirms they will refund your money? If so, please forward it to infoservice@magix.net and ask why you have not received your refund.
If you bought from another seller, it is the responsibility of that seller to resolve any problems, including possibly giving you a refund. In such a situation Magix has not received your payment and so cannot refund you.
You mention that they have now blocked the registration code. I have to say the only reason I can think of for such "blocking" is if your registration code is actually illegal, or they have actually made the refund but you ahve, apparently, not received it.
