sorry i made a misake I bought the magix music maker plus 14 2022 version still i can not install it why? I try many things its just not responding however the trial version which i download from magix it install no problem

This has become very confusing!

You initially asked about Video Deluxe (aka Movie Edit Pro) but now mention Music Maker Plus! Is that the app you now have?

In which case please repost your question to the Music Maker forum area. (Incidentally, I have no idea what you mean when you write music maker plus 14 2022. The 2022 release of Music maker is version 30, so where has that 14 come from?)
